Documentation to help you use the POEditor localization platform effectively

Third-Party Access

Owner

Third-Party Access is available starting with the Enterprise plan.

You can add third-party API keys to your POEditor account, in order to use credits directly from the corresponding 3rd party account.

Go to your account or organization settings in Third-Party Access to achieve this.

How to enable access for a service

To give access to a third-party service, click on the corresponding Enable button.

You will be asked to enter your keys for the desired service, which you can find in the corresponding 3rd party account.

Third-party access for machine translation

Once you've entered your API key for the desired machine translation vendor, you can start using credits for automatic translation directly from the corresponding 3rd party account.

This means that you will no longer be required to purchase AT packages for your POEditor account or organization, in order to machine translate the strings in your localization projects.

Third-party access for human translation

To start using the API key from an integrated human translation provider, you need to have all pre-existing translation orders closed.

Paid translation orders need to be finished and approved before you can add the 3rd party API key, while unpaid ones can simply be deleted.
