Your Dashboard offers several ways to organize your localization projects: filters narrow down which projects are shown, while sorting controls the order they appear in.

Filter by ownership

Use the ownership filter to control which projects are displayed:

• My projects - shows only projects hosted on your account. Strings in these projects count toward your plan's limit.
• Shared with me - shows projects shared with you by another user or organization.
• All projects - shows both.

Filter by tags

If you're a project owner, admin, or organization manager, you can assign tags to projects and use them to filter your Dashboard, showing only projects that match the selected tag(s).

Sort projects

Once you've filtered your view, you can sort the results using three options:

• Date Asc/Desc - orders projects by creation date, oldest or newest first.
• Name Asc/Desc - orders projects alphabetically or reverse alphabetically.
• Progress Asc/Desc - orders projects by translation completion rate.

To rename a project, go to its Settings (requires owner or admin access).
