It is very simple to replicate the setup of a translation project in your account when you create a new project.
When you create a new project in the project page, check the option Copy setup from another project. If you have more than one localization project in your account, choose the project from which you want to copy the setup.
The copied setup includes the project settings (that means any users that were set here as administrators or proofreaders too), the languages and the contributors assigned to these languages.
