We send thousands of notifications to our users every day via email, to inform them about important events in the localization projects they are working on. To protect the integrity of our system and to make sure that the notifications which concern you do reach you, we have taken the precaution of creating a suppression list.
How one gets on the suppresion list
We add to this list email addresses which bounce the emails we send. Once you are on the suppression list, we stop sending you any project-related emails (but we still try to send you accounting emails, with information regarding your account).
How to find out if your are on the suppression list
To find out if you are on the suppression list, you can ask the owner or an admin of the project to which you're contributing to check their Contributors list. In case you are on the list, your name will appear highlighted in their Contributor list.
How to get off the suppression list
An admin or the owner of the project to which you're assigned can remove you from the suppression list. They have this option in their Contributors list, next to your name.
In case you cannot get in touch with the project owner or with an admin, you can also ask our team to take you off this list.
