How to change your email address

Owner Admin

If you have a POEditor account and need to change your email address, please follow the steps below.

1) In your POEditor account, go to Account Settings > Payment Info, click on Change next to your email address, fill in the required information and submit the form.

2) You willl receive two confirmation links - one sent to the current email address and one to the new email address.

3) Confirm the email change by clicking both links. Or copy them in your browser and follow them.

Eureka! The email address used with the POEditor account has been changed.

If you are a paying user (for your account or for someone else's, as alternative payer) and by changing the email on your account you are also changing the person using the account, you may want to contact us regarding this matter, so we can stop charging payments to your credit card.
