You can get automatic translations for a localization project from integrated machine translation providers using the POEditor API with the method translations/automatic.

How the Automatic Translations works

Using the endpoint for automatic translation, you can fill in all the empty translation boxes in a specified project for your desired target languages.

To be able to perform automatic translations via the API, you need to have Automatic Translation characters. You can purchase these from your POEditor account or organization here.

How to use your own machine translation subscription

If you have an Enterprise subscription, you can also enter the API key from any of the integrated machine translation providers in the section Third Party Access in POEditor.

Once you've entered your API key for the desired machine translation vendor, you can start using credits for automatic translation directly from the corresponding 3rd party account.
