You can share your Automatic Translation characters with other POEditor users in multiple ways.

Transfer AT characters to any user

To transfer Automatic Translation characters to any other POEditor user, you can go to Account Settings > Account > Profile and click on the Manage link.

In the AT packages page, click on the transfer link to open the transfer form, then add the target user's email address and the number of characters you want to transfer.

Note that in order to see the transfer link, you need to have more than 10 000 AT characters in your POEditor account.

The last 10 000 AT characters are not transferable. This is because the cost of your first 10 000 AT characters is on us, to allow you to test the available machine translation engines in your localization projects before making a purchase.

Share your AT characters with project contributors

To share AT characters directly from your account or organization with the users assigned to your projects, you can go to Preferences in the account or organization settings, and enable the option Contributors Can Use Your AT Characters.

Once enabled, your contributors will be using by default the Automatic Translation characters from the account or organization where the project is hosted.
