About POEditor
We are a software development company building awesome digital projects since 2003, with the current goal of providing easy to use and easy to afford localization tools.
Launched publicly in 2012, POEditor was initially designed as a translation management system for software projects that utilize Gettext PO files for localization. We built this initial version to manage the translation of our own projects, unsatisfied with the TMS options that were already on the market.
Over the years, we've grown our team and expanded our scope to not only support multiple localization file formats, but also to cover other areas in the localization process with proper tools for automation.
Today, we are proud to continue our journey as a 100% self-funded and independent enterprise.
